Shipping and Returns

Once your order has been processed and packaged you will receive an email notification.


  • Courier tracked $9 NZD for orders $0 - $199.99 NZD 
  • Free courier tracked for orders over $200 NZD


There are no taxes or fees to pay with shipments to Australia under $1000AUD.

We have partnered with DHL Express for 1-2 day shipping from NZ to most areas in Australia. 

  • DHL Express for 1-2 day shipping $30 NZD for orders $0-199.99 NZD
  • Free DHL Express for 1-2 day shipping for orders over $200 NZD


United Kingdom now has a free trade agreement with New Zealand. meaning that all orders do not accrue any duty. Nappy products are exempt from VAT.

We are shipping with standard post and orders can take 1-4 weeks to arrive.  

  • Standard shipping £20 for orders with value £0 - £49
  • Standard shipping £10 for orders with value £50 - £149
  • Free shipping for orders over £150


We have partnered with DHL Express for 3-5 day shipping international shipping. 

  • Standard shipping $20USD for orders $0 - $150USD

 Customs policies vary widely from country to country.  For information about customs policies that apply in your country please contact your local customs office.  Any additional charges for customs clearance, import duties or local taxes are to be borne by the customer.  We do not take any responsibility for these charges and have no control over what they may be.  Please note we are unable to reimburse any costs incurred in relation to those matters and do not accept any responsibility for delays as a result, regardless of the circumstances.  

 We aim to ship goods within 3-4 business days of receiving your order. Please note we only ship orders on working days and weekend orders will be packed and dispatched on business days only.

This time can be delayed due to sales or new product releases in this instance dispatch emails will not be answered within 5 days of purchase as we will be busy packing orders as fast as possible. We aim to have orders sent within 7-10 working days over sales and new releases.

You will be sent an email with tracking details as soon as your order is packed. If you have any questions regarding your delivery check your tracking details and contact the postal service in the first instance.

If you ask us, we have to contact them for you although we may not be able to answer your question as quickly as if you contacted them directly.


Returns and Refunds


If the goods are faulty or were sent somewhere else in error we will give you the choice of either:

  1. Replacement
  2. Offer store credit that won't expire for at least the value of your order + postage.

Please note fautly items must be brought to our attention within 2 months of purchase for credit - as manufacturing faults will be evident within this time frame.

Consideration will be taken on a case by case basis. After three months no returns will be accepted but store credit may be offered.

Without exception, we will not accept returns on used items, unless the item is faulty.


We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase so please choose carefully. Sale items cannot be returned for change of mind purchases.

If you request to cancel your order it will be at our discretion and a 15% restocking fee will apply. Any refund provided for change of mind purchases will be less the transaction fee and the shipping fee.

No exchanges or returns will be provided on sanitary items or underwear due to hygiene.

Please note postage costs will be incurred to ship out exchanged items and costs incurred returning the item to us will be paid by the customer.

There are no returns on sale items unless they are found to be faulty. All sales for clearance,  promotional and discounted stock are final and no exchanges can be processed. Please choose carefully.
