AUSTRALIA TRACKED DHL EXPRESS   (2-3 days)

 $25 NZD flat rate, FREE SHIPPING for orders over $100 NZD

 

REST OF THE WORLD TRACKED DHL EXPRESS   (2-3 days)

 $30 NZD flat rate, FREE SHIPPING for orders over $100 NZD

 

Shipping times above are estimates and start from dispatch date. 

You will be sent an email with tracking details as soon as your order is packed.

Please allow the full-time allocation above before contacting us via email asking about your delivery.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country.  For information about customs policies that apply in your country please contact your local customs office.  Any additional charges for customs clearance, import duties or local taxes are to be borne by the customer.  We do not take any responsibility for these charges and have no control over what they may be.  Please note we are unable to reimburse any costs incurred in relation to those matters and do not accept any responsibility for delays as a result, regardless of the circumstances.  

 

Returns and Refunds

FAULTY GOODS

If the goods are faulty or were sent somewhere else in error we will give you the choice of either:

  1. Refund the affected items + postage.
  2. Offer store credit that won't expire for at least the value of your order + postage.

Please note fautly items must be brought to our attention within 3 months of purchase for credit - as manufacturing faults will be evident within this time frame.

Consideration will be taken on a case by case basis. After three months no returns will be accepted but store credit may be offered.

Without exception, we will not accept returns on used items, unless the item is faulty.

 

CHANGE OF MIND 

If you are not happy with your purchase, provided the goods are unused you may return them for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please note postage costs will not be refunded for the initial order or costs incurred returning the item to us.
